3 DHUNDHAR RATAN and 1 MARWAR RATAN AWARD in INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY AND ONE in INSTITUTIONAL CATEGORY GIVEN ON 16TH November, 2013

GVNML is saving Nature by involving local people, promote people’s service for Nature and to encourage people’s efforts to save Water, greenery, wildlife Dhundhar and Marwar Ratan award given to Volunteers (savek) of Dharti (Earth).
Dharti Jatan Padyatra 2013 started on 13th Nov. in two team (tolly) one from Beenikhera village and 2nd from Sandholiya village. These two tollys were covered 18 village but around 30 more villages are planning to organize same line of Padyatra after assembly election in Rajasthan. But till now around 200 people have participated in Talab Pujan and 2800 people have involved village rally and meeting during Padyatra. 18 talabs were worshiped and holly water of Puskar was poured in these talabs to create a honor feeling in resident of people of these village for these life saving structures. 30 People from UP, 8 people from Gujrat have participated as ex-Rajasthan people. There is many innovation added in the history of Padyatra after it initiation in 1986.Since few years back volunteers who did work selflessly at least for a period of 5 year to any kind of service to Nature in Dhundhar Area (Central Rajasthan) will be awarded by Dhundhar Ratan (Diamond) and same as who work in Marwar region will be as Marwar Ratan on Padyatra closing Ceremony. This year Mr. Umrav Mal Godha, Mr. Sharavan Jat, Mr. Rajjack Sekh and A development committee of Akodiya village have been awarded as Dhundhar Ratan and Mr. Khinv Singh of Bikherniya village has awarded as Marwar Ratan on 16th Nov. 13 at GVNML Campus Nagar Tonk. Mr. Himmanshu Thakkar from South Asia Network of River, Dam and People, new Delhi, Mr. Mau Jee Bhai from VRTI, Bhuj, Mr. Ajaybhan Singh, from SPWD New Delhi, Mr. Kesar Bhai from water portal, Mr. M. S. Rathore, from CEDSJ have participated and gave the award to selected personalities.
